Tropical rainforest (amazonia ) is an ancient complex ecosystem teeming with diverse life forms. High temperatures and rainfall are more or less constant throughout the year producing a warm humid environment. In these hothouse conditions flourish plants and animals are protected from cold and drought . Over time, species have adapted one to another and they tend to get better at using available resources.
