Behind this name is a family history, which more than a legacy has become an ideal of preserving the culture, tradition and environment through the operation of our farm.

Based on the teachings of our ancestors, born in the Parish of Rumipamba and thanks to the teachings of hospitality and solidarity of our parents, we have a custom that distinguishes us; welcome all people who have come to visit the parish, offering our facilities as an inn for people from outside.  This is how the name of our farm, Puerta Grande, was born, open to everyone who wants to have contact with nature in a sustainable and familiar environment.
