And your (the owners, employee, agents) only act as agents in matters of transportation, accommodation, accidents or irregularity of any Kind at all, resulting in the default value of any company or individual engaged providing the service placed in whole or in part.

And agents are not responsible for lost or additional expenses due to changes or unforeseen delays caused by time, major forces, theft, strikes, illness, war, flight failure or other transportation to arrive or leave on time and other causes beyond our control. Anything like this is lost or the expenses will be borne by the passenger as the proportions of the tour only maintain the arrangements during the stated time.
It does not assume the responsibilities for the loss or damage to luggage or personal property. At departure on his / her trip, the passenger assumes all the risks involved with such a trip voluntarily. And it is advised to obtain the appropriate insurance funds against them.
The reserves the right to alter the itinerary when judging the requirement for the welfare of the passenger, and it is agreed that no refund will be given in such circumstances. In some expeditions it is not possible to accommodate people with severe health problems or physical disabilities involving walking or activities. It is the responsibility of the passengers to judge the adequacy of these trip activities to their physical capabilities.
Land portion payment
A deposit of 30 percent of the cost of the trip is required at the time of booking. The balance of the payment is due at least 30 days before the start of the trip. If the payment is not received on time, we have the right to cancel the services.
A copy of the bank transfer authorization is required by fax or e-mail. All travel documents can be collected in Ecuador, upon arrival.
The price changes:
We reserve the right to adjust prices if circumstances beyond our control occur.
Cancellations charges:
Up to 30 days before departure: 30 percent of total days price 29-8 before departure: 50 percent of total days price7-0 before departure: 100 percent of total price.
Galápagos:
Terms of payment and cancellation policies will depend on the policy of each vessel or program.
Program changes:
If unforeseeable circumstances occur, we reserve the right to change the travel itinerary.
Responsibility:
For those activities that include adventure, our clients will have to sign a document, to inform that it will be done at their own risk.
Insurance:
It is recommended that each passenger carry their travel insurance that includes elements as possible.
Visa and travel documents:
Travelers are responsible for their own travel documents.
COVID 19 travel document:
to enter Ecuador as of February 11, 2022, only the vaccination certificate is required.
